A typical 60 or 30 minute personal training session at our studio provides a variety of equipment, we focus on incorporating the basic components of fitness including flexibility, mobility, muscular strength and endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. You don't need to be playing a sport to see the benefits peronal training offers. We specialise with rehabilitation, mobility and flexibility.
During your session we will go over a range of exercises and techniques in our well equipped and comfortable fitness studio.

Personal training for Golfers.
We also provide personal training for golfers that aims to improve mobility and flexibility
thus greatly reducing the risk of injury. Sessions incorporate the gyrotonic as well as strength
and conditioning, typically golfers can have sport associated injuries and we can provide
rehabilitation if required. We work closely with a local Osteopath so have close working
relationships with medical professionals.
