Never worked out on an indoor bike before? No problem, we can help you better you get started.
An ideal class for those that are new to indoor cycling and haven't exercised at high levels of intensity, perfect for starting cardio exercise. You don't need to be a cyclist to come to a Wattbike class.

A no-pressure class for beginners through to experienced. Train at your level.
Our trainers
Our teachers are qualified Wattbike instructors with cycle and triathlon background experience. We offer coaching, fitness testing and sport rehabilitation. We are passionate about all things cycling and this is reflected in our classes.

What do I need?
Equipment is provided, all you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
